Llama

Llama is Meta's family of open-weight language models. Meta publishes the model weights, so developers and companies can download them, run them on their own infrastructure, fine-tune them and use them through many cloud providers and hosting services.

The family has grown to include text and multimodal models in a range of sizes. Llama models are released under Meta's own community license, which is not a standard open-source license and carries conditions, so read the terms for the version you use. Meta releases new Llama versions regularly; check Meta for the current lineup.
