● Filed: 26 October 2026, Form S-1 with the SEC
● Ticker: ANT
● Exchange: Nasdaq Global Select Market
● Shares and price range: not yet determined, per Anthropic
● Reported valuation range: $1.5 trillion to $2 trillion

Anthropic confirmed on its own newsroom that it filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission on 26 October 2026. The company has applied to list its Class A common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol ANT.

Anthropic's own announcement is deliberately thin. It states plainly that the number of shares to be offered and the price range have not yet been determined, and it contains no financial figures at all. Everything circulating about revenue, losses and valuation comes from the prospectus itself and from reporting on it, not from that page.

This converts what was a draft S-1 reported on 20 October into a public filing. The distinction matters for timing: a draft can sit indefinitely, while a public filing starts a process usually measured in weeks. Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley are reported to be leading the offering, with a valuation of $1.5 trillion to $2 trillion under discussion.
