ChessCore is AI-native chess academy management software for owners, admins, and coaches. It replaces spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and separate payment tools with one system for student records, batch scheduling, attendance, make-up credits, fee collection, and family updates.
Billing supports how academies collect money. Grow and above connect Razorpay for UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets, RBI-compliant UPI AutoPay e-mandates, and WhatsApp payment links. Academies outside India use Stripe through the same invoice ledger.
The AI copilot drafts game reviews, progress reports, and parent messages from academy records and engine analysis. The guardrail is the product rule: Stockfish evaluates, the AI explains, a coach approves the drafts. On day one every draft waits in an approval queue. A routine template can earn auto-send after its drafts prove reliable over logged evaluations, and anything touching money, sales, or a minor's guardian never auto-sends.
Games import through PGN upload, Lichess sync, and read-only Chess.com archives. Parents use a magic-link guardian portal with no app to install. Student records support AICF and FIDE IDs, rating history, and tournament context.
ChessCore is designed for academies that teach minors. Each academy's data is isolated with row-level security in the database. Personal information is redacted before AI prompts, guardian consent is tracked, and every action is written to an audit trail. ChessCore launched in June 2026 and is in early access.
