Cliptalk generates short-form social video end to end. You give it a starting point — an idea, a script, a product page, a website, a photo or a link — and it produces the script, the AI visuals, the voiceover, the captions and the edit, formatted for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
The piece that separates it from most AI video tools is that it is not only a web app. Cliptalk ships an MCP server, so the whole pipeline can be driven from inside Claude or ChatGPT as a tool call rather than through a browser. There is also a REST API at cliptalk.pro/api/v1. The MCP server is published openly as payamsaremi/cliptalk-mcp. Full API and MCP access sit on the Pro tier.
There is an agent mode that finds trending content and produces new videos on a schedule, which is aimed at accounts posting daily rather than one-off projects.
Voice coverage is broad. The homepage states 30+ languages for voiceover and captions; the pricing page states 75+ language AI voices, alongside 140+ premium voices and characters. Those two figures are quoted differently by the company and we have not reconciled them. Voice cloning and visual style customisation are Pro features.
Editing is not metered. Auto-editing, auto-captions and silence removal do not consume credits — credits are spent on AI generation of images, video and audio. Subscribers can buy additional credits.
PRICING, checked 19 October 2026 against Cliptalk's own pricing page. New accounts get 50 free credits and free-plan videos carry a watermark. Starter is $39 per month for 8,000 credits. Pro is $39 per month for 14,000 credits and adds the Opus 5.5 powered agent, full API access, full MCP access for Claude and ChatGPT, and unlimited media storage; the page shows $59 struck through next to it and describes the rate as locked in for life. Ultra is $199 per month for 50,000 credits with priority support. Annual pricing exists but the per-month annual rates are not published on the page. Checkout is via Stripe.
One inconsistency worth knowing: the homepage describes the free tier as 500 credits, about five videos, while the pricing page says 50 credits. The figures above follow the pricing page.
