XDownloader

XDownloader is a free web tool for downloading videos, GIFs and images from X (formerly Twitter) posts in high definition. Users simply paste a tweet link into the box, pick the resolution they want and the file downloads straight to their device. There is no signup, no browser extension and no app to install, and it works the same on phones, tablets and desktop computers. Besides MP4 video in several resolutions, XDownloader can extract the audio track as MP3, save animated GIFs and capture a clean screenshot of a tweet. It is useful for content creators, social media managers, journalists and researchers who need to archive or repurpose media they have rights to use. The service keeps no logs of downloads and is completely free to use.
