Salesforce in Claude is available on all paid Claude plans. On Pro and Max a single weekly pool covers chat, Claude Code and Cowork — and that pool settled 17 percent lower on 14 September.
Whether sales work draws on the same allowance has not been documented anywhere. A team running 37 skills daily generates a lot of calls. Ask before you roll it out, not after an engineer runs out on a Thursday.

Can I run more than one?
Technically yes, and most large organisations will end up with overlap. Whether sellers use two is a different question, and usually the answer is no.
Does Salesforce in Claude replace Agentforce?
No. Claude is the default reasoning model inside Agentforce under the same partnership. They are two surfaces onto the same model.
What is the biggest unknown?
Whether Salesforce work consumes your Claude weekly usage pool. It is not documented and it decides how many sellers you can enable.
